The IRC Coaching Academy emerged from the successful personnel consultancy IRC – International Recruitment Company Germany GmbH. IRC GmbH was founded in Munich in 2007. Our management, as well as our experienced senior consultants and consultants have been accompanying applicants in their search for new positions at home and abroad for years. In doing so, they benefit from our extensive contacts to well-known companies. The coaching of applicants is an important component in the successful placement in a new position. An important principle of our activity is a 100% confidential handling of your data and information. We are constantly in contact with you during the application process and accompany and advise you. Through individual coaching, our support is specifically tailored to the individual needs of each applicant. From this daily practice the IRC Coaching Academy was founded to support applicants and founders specifically in the search for a new position, the career entry when re-entering the profession individually as well as in the business start-up. In doing so, our coaches not only draw on their extensive experience in application processes and candidate coaching, but also link the coaching with our excellent contacts of our personnel consulancy to renowned companies in Munich, Germany and Europe. Thus, as an added value, our participants are also provided with valuable contacts to these companies during and after the coaching.
