This practice-intensive seminar is aimed at experienced employees who are applying for a new job. Finding your way around the German job market is not always easy. Especially the peculiarities and adaptation of each application to the requirements of each possible employer are often a great challenge. Also, job interviews have to be prepared and coordinated individually.

With our special concept of application assistance, we support you during the entire time of your job search and application with our coaching and personnel knowledge and adapt this individually to your needs. In doing so, we support you with the classic application consulting topics as well as with all your questions that may arise in the course of your application. We accompany you until you have found a suitable job. During this time we help you again and again with the search for new job offers, the individual adjustment of your documents and with the preparation of the individual interviews.

At the beginning, we discuss where you should or can look for jobs and what the application procedure is. We will help you with the search, the preparation of the customized application documents and the sending of the application. After an invitation to an interview, we prepare it promptly. We also coordinate and prepare all further interviews. If you finally receive a job offer, we evaluate the employment contract together and check the conditions.
